“NextSpeak – Mandarin TTS” v3 Released, add recording function

Well Develop released NextSpeak – Mandarin TTS  Version 3.0 . A  feature called “NextSpeak Recorder” has been injected to this new version.  It allows user to record his/her own voice  for playing back so that user can hear his/her own reading and compare it with that read by NextSpeak – Mandarin TTS.
